Living a full life
Additionally for many of us, the fear of increasing medical costs as we get older and the prospect of living longer with the quality of life fading as we age is scary. While life has no guarantees, one thing for sure is that there is growing evidence that by investing in our health earlier, we have a greater chance of increasing the quality of our lives while reducing our needs for medications.
